2. Responsible to supervise and give schedules to all the technicians for feeding and biometry. The manager will also supervise all farm employees and give them the direction.

3. Place of work: Reliance Aquaculture, Pityani Creek, Sindh, Pakistan.

4. Job Package: Residence and food will be provided at the farm.

5. Salary: $1000 to $2000, depending on the experience.

6. Will also give incentive on the output but that will be discussed confidentially later.

I am also looking for Giant Freshwater prawn hatchery technician. Annual salary is appox USD20,000per annual. Good Experience and qualification is required. Experience in single sex or selective breeding is a important added advantage

Hi, I want to start a soft shell farm here in Malaysia.My plan is to keep the crabs in a fiber glass container with a recirculating system installed. I plan to keep them together so obviously I need to remove the claws and maybe the limbs as well. Does anyone know what is the best technique to do this? Other

The Hatchery Technicians will have to show rigor in their activities, according to the hatchery practices implemented by the Hatchery Supervisor. The Hatchery Technicians will need to respond to alarms around the clock, and will be required to stay overnight in the hatchery, on rotation basis.

- The creation of a broodstock pool of more than a hundred fish of various species (Tiger Grouper, Giant Grouper, Asian Seabass, Golden Pompano and Snapper).
- The setting up and maintenance of one set of broodstock cages (using multi jet floats) in the open sea and another set of broodstock fibreglass tanks on land using recirc systems.
- Maintenance of the broodstock – both in the sea and on land - (handling, treatment, feeding).
- Eggs collection, assessment, treatment.

Other

The broodstock – both in the sea and on land – requires vigorous security. The Broodstock Technicians will need to respond to alarms around the clock, and will be required to stay overnight on the sea cages, on rotation basis.
